All services are to be paid at time of presentation.
If Tanguay Homes is chosen to construct your home or project, all fees paid will be deducted from the price.
We feel that to accurately price your project and to insure that your project will be what you expect, that accurate materials list and plans are needed. We feel this is a small price in the overall project but is the most important part of all.
* Our rate for additional services is $30.00 per hour
* Custom drawn floor plans are available depending on size of project for $200.00 - $400.00
* Complete plans with elevations typically run from $600.00 - $800.00
