Tanguay Homes, Inc. offers 1 FREE hour of Consultation & Design Services for each prospective new client.

• Our rate for additional services is $50.00 per hour
  
• Custom-drawn floor plans are available depending on the size of project for $200.00 - $400.00.
  
• Complete plans with elevations typically run from $600.00 - $1,200.00

We feel that to accurately price your projects and to ensure that your building project will be what you expect, that accurate material list and plans are needed. We feel that this is a small price in the overall project but is the most important part of all.

All services are to be paid at the time of presentation. However, if Tanguay Homes of Newport, Vermont chosen to construct your home or project, all fees paid will be deducted from price.
