1. Deep Clean Your Home

After a long winter and spending more of our time indoors, spring is the perfect time to thoroughly clean our homes. Your floors, windows, and walls are some important areas to give a little extra attention to!

2. Go Through Your Belongings

Feel like things have been piling up for a while? Spring is a great time to sort through your belongings and donate or properly dispose of the items that are cluttering up your home.

3. Switch the Direction of the Ceiling Fan

As the weather gets warmer, change the direction of your ceiling fan to turn counterclockwise in order to push air downwards, creating a nice breeze in your home!

4. Replace Siding

The harsh winter weather can take a toll on the siding of our homes. Moisture from the winter snow can deteriorate your siding and cause rotting. Spring is the perfect time to assess any damage and repair it.

5. Inspect Outdoor Living Spaces

Clean off your outdoor furniture and wash the cushion covers as they may be dirty from being outside or stored away. Check your deck or patio for any necessary repairs and give it a good cleaning.

6. Redecorate!

Spring is a great time to spruce up your space and bring some life into it! Add some fun new elements into your home from furniture, to flowers, to wall decor!
